Jennifer Kennedy, MPA

is an Associate Project Director working with the Healthy Development Services project since 2013.  With a focus on program implementation, quality improvement, system-building and strategic planning efforts, Jennifer enjoys partnering with health care and community agencies in San Diego.  She is involved in several collaborative efforts that focus on strengthening early childhood mental health services and better meeting the needs of parents with mental health concerns. Prior to joining AAP-CA3, Jennifer coordinated projects funded through the Mental Health Services Act for the County of Mendocino Behavioral Health Services. Jennifer received a Master of Public Administration from University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of California at San Diego.
