 58th annual Pediatrics Symposium
Friday and Saturday Sept 23 and 24
Hosted by:  The SCPMG Pediatrics Departments

We’ll have a fun and interesting line up of speakers including our own Dr. Tim Dwyer doing a workshop on post concussion follow up in the office, and Dr. Michael Land discussing the LEAP study and food allergy prevention in our patients at risk. We also have talks on toxins, and a workshop on envenomations from land and sea creatures, as well as on the office based diagnosis of neurosurgical conditions in children.  Our theme is “For the Love of Pediatrics”, and we have invited speakers to discuss international medical volunteerism, a community advocacy workshop by Dr. Bob Vietz, who was instrumental in passing car seat legislation, as well as nationally renowned speaker and author Dr. Richard Louv on encouraging kids to connect with nature.

We also have a great rate at the hotel, a waved resort fee, and a happy hour reception Friday evening after the event!
